For Covid:

• 100% refund if Nationwide lockdown is enforced
• 100% refund on lockdown in Union Territory of Ladakh.
• 80% refund of the tour cost if the respected traveler states/UT locks down from 0 to 20 days prior to the travel date.
• If a traveler/ group is infected by Covid, the General Cancellation policy will be applicable.

For General cancellations:

If the tour is canceled

• 0-10 days prior to the tour, 10% tour cost will be refunded
• 11-30 days prior to the tour, 30% tour cost will be refunded.
• 31-60 days prior to the tour, 50% tour cost will be refunded.
• 61-90 days prior to the tour, 80% tour cost will be refunded.
• 91 and above days prior to the tour, 90% tour cost will be refunded.
